What Causes Severe Heart Burn Along With Vomiting?

Hello, I m 21 and i had a gastric band surgery 1 year ago. Since last week i m having acid reflux and i started to feel a heartburn, i could barely swallow and throw up all the food and liquids. I started feeling better last week after taking nexium, but i consumed alcohol on the week end and now the pain is back. What should i do? Thank you!
