What Causes Severe Headaches Along With Watery Eyes And Double Vision?

I have had a Lis franc injury and have had 7 surgeries over the past 8 years with 1-2 more coming up. since the injury i have developed an issue that when my pain starts ti get to high for me to manage with pain meds my eye(s) some times start to water kind of like im crying but yet im not plus it also causes my sinuses to be either runny or stuffed up, plus after my most recent surgery caused me to start having anxiety/panic attacks, also have stabbing pain in my right upper abdomen that wraps around towards my kidney and also have developed random massive headaches that sometimes turn in to migraines. Over the last few months the headaches have started being lead on with fever like symptoms that also causes me to have double vision. The medication i am on is 15mg oxycodone and 10mg valium. my pain is so severe that i at times have to take 4 of both meds at the same time, and some times even more of the oxycodone, sadly though it only slightly takes the edge off the pain. Also over the last few months it doesnt matter how much sleep i get i end up almost having what seems like narcoleptic tendencies. i just fall asleep almost anywhere at any time. Is there any advice or direction you could give me to try to fix this? it is really affecting my life in too many ways?

Ophthalmologist 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Continuous watering can be sometimes associated with headache . But still we need to check your tear ducts especially the main one which opens in the nose. You have to see an ophthalmologist who will do a syringing test to check the patency of the test and then we can act accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
