What Causes Severe Headache With Bleeding From Nose And Ear?

I have had a very bad headache for the past 3 days and within the past 24 hours have had 3 very intense nosebleeds (one of these three times it was coming from both nostrils and lasted 45 minutes).

This morning the nosebleed was accompanied by a small bleed in my right ear.

I can understand your concern.
You are having headache and epistaxis (nose bleeding).
These are commonly seen with uncontrolled hypertension.
So immediately consult doctor and get done blood pressure monitoring. If this is elevated then you will need antihypertensive drugs.
If blood pressure is normal then no need to worry for hypertension.
You are also having ear bleeding. So we should also rule out brain pathology.
So consult neurologist and get done clinical examination and MRI of brain.
Don't worry, you will be alright but first diagnose and then start appropriate treatment.
