What Causes Severe Headache And Bleeding Nose?
I had a severe headache in the base of my skull that was so bad it hurt to move, especially laying down. I had to sit up to try and sleep and when I finally did fall asleep I woke up with a bright orange fluid draining from my nose and my head had stopped hurting. What could this have been?

It's hard to establish a correlation between orange fluid from nose and headache. In the present case, I would suggest you to get yourself physically examined by an ENT specialist and a neurologist. You might need a brain imaging study (like CT head) as well.
