What Causes Severe Headache And Vomiting?

This morning woke up fine. Half hour later severe headache not like my usual migraine, vliolent vomiting including dry heaves lasted over an hour. Vomited with ant movement. Headache concentrated behind left eye. 12 hours later headache still behind left eye and back of head. Very cold temperature was 97.6 usual temp. Blood pressure 110 over 70. Any ideas?

Some advices that I can give to you are:
-Use pain relievers. Aspirin or ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin IB, others) may help relieve mild migraines.
-Triptans. These medications are often used in treating migraines.
-Ergots.
-Anti-nausea medications.
-Opioid medications.
-Glucocorticoids (prednisone, dexamethasone).
