Hi, Yusuf,
Welcome to HCM,
It seems that you might be having some chronic bacterial, amoebic or worm infection giving rise to this problem.
Go for stool test for type of infection.
If you are non vegetarian then chances of having Tap worm infestation is common.
After report go for the treatment accordingly and you will be alright.
Avoid fried, chillies and junk food.
Ok and bye.

Pathologist and Microbiologist Dr. Anju Choudhary's  Response
hi there, your problem could be arising due to peptic ulcer disease or due to problem in digestion. Usually the acidity caused due to gastritis or gastric ulcer manifests itself with headache and vomitting and relief of acidity will relieve you of these problems. I would suggest that you make a small change in your lifestyle and also take antacid lid nexpro or pantop regularly three times a day for 15 days. you could take small fat restricted and less spicy food at frequent intervals and try not to be empty stomach for a long time at a stretch. If you smoke or drink then you need to cut down on those. Also get an ultrasound abdomen done to rule out any liver or gall bladder disease. Hope this helps, take care.
