What Causes Severe General Weakness, Back And Chest Pain?
Hi I am a 28 year old female had a baby three months ago, since which time I have had two periods. My period is now 10 days late I am experiencing severe lower back pain, chest pains, headache, nausea and increase in appetite and general body weakness. I have taken a pregnancy test but it is negative

As you describe, you had delivery 3 months ago,and since then you are having period every 15 days, this time it is late by 10 days, and had symptoms of fever.
All these might be due to anemia, and infection.
I Usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms fluconazole, cifixime, ornidazole,paracetamol,omeprazole, and domperidone.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods to have good recovery, and resistance .
