What Causes Severe Fatigue While On Medication For Thyroid And Anemia?

Hi have amenia and was put on amenia tablets, also under active thyroid, the thyroid took a massive dip and my medication was upped,, at the same time my blood pressure was very high and they put me on a blood pressure tablet a day. I am now stable as regards the thyroid, but I still feel very fatigued I have been on the amenia tablet supplement for about a month. Is this normal

It can take a few weeks for the body to respond to thyroid medication and also to medication for anemia.

Red blood cells can last up to three months so it is possible that new red blood cells have not be formed as yet and therefore your blood count may still be low.
This would cause fatigue.

Repeat bloods would be done in a few weeks.
