What Causes Severe Fatigue In The Afternoon?

Hello there, I am researching currently why I am fatigue in the afternoon lately like the last six months. Been retired for almost a year; go the gym M-F, come home to have a protein shake, bowl of oatmeal with fruit and top it off with cup of coffee (12oz). then lunch rolls around and have a good size salad and of course drinking water through out the day.......so why am I tired around 2pm? email address is YYYY@YYYY
