Detailed Answer:
Warm Welcome. I appreciate your trust in HCM and assure you are on best portal on the globe for expert online medical services.

I have thoroughly reviewed health query you raised, and well realize all of those concerns. Being your physician, I will take care all of them today and will extend my expertise to solve the problems.

Few point and recommendations first:

• It is recommended that you get an ultrasound scan pelvis to rule out any problem in uterus, tubes and ovaries.
• Physical examination of cervix and vagina is also necessary to rule out any cause.

If all above points are clear, then you may have hormonal imbalance. Any combined pills like Levlen can be taken. These pills are to be taken in correspondence with your cycle i.e 1 tab from 5th through 25th day of your menstrual cycle followed by 7 days of cessation to start periods. (You must know based on your previous cycles). They are contraceptive pills and use only if you are not planning to have kids in near future.

Normally, it takes only one cycle of pills to correct your periods. It may be extended to next cycle if spotting persists after period. Take tab. naproxen 20mg once daily for cramping.

Hope I addressed all the concerns you have. Let me know if you have further questions. I will be more than happy to clear any doubts. Keep a follow up to see how you doing.

Regards!
Dr. Ali Raza
