What Causes Severe Chronic Neck Pain In 3 Year Old?

My 3 year old has neck pain which has been present for over two weeks , has been to dr who ruled out any severe illness but it doesn t seem to be getting better. Has a physio appointment tomorrow , is there anything else that you think may have caused the pain, has not got better as yet.

Hi...by what you quote I feel that he might be having a torticollis. This occurs due to an abnormal position in the sleep or otherwise. If it has been going on for 2 weeks with out any weakness of arms or legs, then If I were your pediatrician I would have suggested a mild muscle relaxant.
