What Causes Severe Body Pain And Soreness In Right Eye Every Morning?
Hi in the last few days I have been feeling ill with joint pain throughout my whole body with severe pain in knees when I walk I also have sharp stinging sensation that runs quickly thru my eye with a sore right hand side of head and wake up this morning with a very sore right eye felt like someone has punched me. Here are few possibility in your case.
1. If you have fever associated and joint stiffness also present then rheumatoid arthritis like condition should ruled out.RA factor and x ray knee helpful as primary work up.
2.Second you might have generalised viral infection with conjunctivitis that can lead to headache, muscle pain and joint pain like constitutional symptoms .It is treated symptomatically.
3.Third if you have joint stiffness also in your hand joint vitamin d and calcium deficiency induced osteoarthritis changes might present.x ray joint and MRI like investigation helpful.
4.If fever associated with conjunctivitis and severe specific bone pain then possibility of chickenguniya also has to be thought.It can diagnosed with clinical history and physical examination mainly.

For pain relief you can take simple analgesic drug.
For conjunctivitis local antibiotic eye drops can be taken.
