Suggest Treatment For Body Pain, Headache And Fatigue
VERY FATIQUE, BODY ACHES & PAINS IN JOINTS, HEADACHES, LIGHT HEADED, WEAKNESS. ALL BLOOD WORK COMES BACK NORMAL. DOES HAVE CARCINOID TUMOR IN RECTAL THAT IS LESS THAN WHAT CAUSES MORE TREATMENT BUT NO EXPLANATION FOR MY SYMPTOMS. SOMETIMES JUST DOSES OFF TO SLEEP OUT OF NOWHERE

Carcinoid rectal tumor doesn't justify these symptoms.
In my opinion, other conditions such fibromyalgia, viral infections, etc. should be considered and evaluated further. It is necessary to discuss with your Doctor and for further investigations about these conditions.
