Treatment For Severe Body Pain
since my mother 51 year old feeling a lot of pain like needles and pins in whole body.We tried many drug based treatment but could not succeed so please Let us help out.

It is possible that your mother might have in pre manopause period giving rise to this problem.
Rule out diabetes as it may cause Neuritis.
Give Vitamin B1,B6,B12 injection.
Give calcium,vit A,D.
If she is having hypertension then keep it under control.
