What Causes Severe Bloating In Abdomen?

My almost 3 year old daughter always has an extremely hard bloated stomach, she has only had one instance of diarrhoea lately to accompany this. I was wondering if there could be any medical reasons for this. She is also under average for her height and weight. Thanks

There are many medics conditions that can cause bloating in children such as lactose intolerance.

I recommend using simethicone medication.

I also recommend to give him liquids, and also a fiber-rich diet.
