Suggest Remedy For Severe Bloating In Lower Abdomen,sharp Pain In Rectum,nausea And Headache

I have severe bloating in my lower abdomen. I have sharp pains in my rectum. When I push on my abdomen it is extremely sore and It causes sharp pain in my rectum. It seems to get worse if I wear a tampon or have intercourse. I feel nauseas and have a headache. I just feel sick with it.

Hello,

Sharp Pain in the rectangular during bowel movement may be due to Infection or fissure or Irritable Bowel syndrome or intake of spicy food et cetera.

Avoid spicy food take soft diet, eat high fiber diet. Check for fissure or fistula. Check for PID. If symptoms not improved, then please consult your doctor so that he will examine and treat you accordingly.
