What Causes Severe Backache And Pain In The Shoulders?

Hi! I fell off a hammock about a month ago and since then I have really bad back pain, my shoulders are uneven and I cannot sit in the same positing for too long because it hurts and it hurts to move when I sit and when I get up from sitting it hurts to move my legs. Any ideas?

Hello there . you said it has been a month since you fell from the hammock and still you are in pain. It means there must be some bone or soft tissue injury. I would advise you to get an X Ray done of your shoulders and hipbone. Try applying cold compress on those areas. Take an aceclofenac and PCM combination drug to reduce pain and inflammation for a few days. I hope that answers your question. If you have any further questions please feel free to write.
