What Causes Severe Back Pain,stomach Cramps And Dark Colored Discharge?

hello I bleed 2 weeks for 2 days. very thick and did not wet my pad had slight backache,i went to see my gynae who had a scan and said all was well and I am not pregnant. yesterday morning I had severe backpain and stomach cramps then I realised I was lightly bleeding, its very dark almost brownish but not enough to wet my pad..i checked this morning ,backpain is gone and the bleeding or spotting is very light didn t wet my pad and is brownish in colour..like I have just finished a period.normally I go for 4 heavy days.is something wrong? am I pregnant? if I am when is the best time to have a test and why is it happening? .thank you in advance
