What Causes Seeing Rings Of Light In Vision?

Today at work while typing I started to see rings of light, various sizes and moving in my vision, with eyes open and closed. Soon afterwards a drank a lot of water and within a few minutes my vision was back to normal. What was thins ? what should I do?

I reviewed your history.
It seems from the history that you had an episode of seeing rings in the visual field.
This can be because of transient ischaemic attack.
In your case it was probably because of hypotension or dehydration.
The other common causes are anemia, hypovolemia, vascular causes...
If you come across recurrent episodes then you need to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.
