Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

You may be having chronic allergic rhinitis with bilateral eustachian tube blockage with ASOM.

Avoid cool drinks and freeze water. Use water vapour inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day for five days.

Continue above medicine, avoid water entering into ears. After infection is cured, you may need to undergo for tympanoplasty surgery.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
