Hi,

According to your ultrasound reports, on the 13th day, your right ovary had good sized dominant follicle. No dominant follicle in left ovary. On the 15th day, The size of the dominant follicle in right ovary further increased. Endometrial thickness gradually improved.

If you have received beta HCG injection at this time, there is possibility that ovulation might have occurred 24 to 36 hours after the injection. If you have not taken injection also, there is possibility that spontaneous rupture might have occurred between this period.

Means there is possibility that, ovulation might occurred on around 30th. The hemorrhagic follicle on 31st is representing that ovulation has occurred.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sree Gouri S. R., OBGYN
