What Causes Rise In Heart Rate With Fibers In Stool?

My sister is in the hospital, with high heart rate, protime off,low postiusm level, high C02 level in blood, when going to the bathroom a tissue fiber came out nurse called it a mucous plug, but all info I find is for pregnant women, she is 64 yrs old

Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. All symptoms appear to be secondary to malnutrition.
2. Improvement in nutrition is essential through diet rich in fish, egg, pulses, green leafy vegetables, etc. Additionally potassium supplements could be useful.
3. Get a complete hemogram.Also serum protein level evaluation necessary.
4. In stool, it could be mucus plug. However, get a stool examination for ova and cysts.
