What Causes Right Sided Flank Pain During Early Pregnancy?
Hi there, I am about 4-5 weeks pregnant and have right sided flank pain. There is no pain on my left side. I also have mild cramping (feels kinda like menstrual cramps) which I am sure is normal for early pregnancy. Is the flank pain normal? I d rate it about 4-5 out of 10 on the pain scale. Not shooting pain. Just a little dull and achey.

Regarding your experience with right flank pain with a 4-5weeks pregnancy I will suggest it is a a result of intra abdominal pressure from the pregnancy
It is also important to do a abdominal scan to rule out possible medical condition called pyelonephritis which can cause similar pain in that area
Please take some analgesic and see a emergency physician with the result
