What Causes Flank Pain?

I can t figure out what causes this left flank pain. I have ruled out dehydration, food, constipation, etc, It just comes on as a stabing pain, if I lay down it goes away, doesn t last too long. PC Dr says it is bloat. take probiotics, that doesn t help.

for properdiagnosislocal examination bydoctorisrequered. it can be caused by constipation. for which drink morewater and takebfiberrichfood. take freshvegitableand fruits. if pain is more then can take antispasmodic likecyclopan.take cremafin at bed time to get relief from constipation.
