What Causes Right Side Abdomen Pain And Bloating?
i was wondering if you could help, i have been having some severe pains on the right side of my abdomen very low down. My abdomen is also very swollen and i look about 6 months pregnant! i also have tender breasts. I know i cannot be pregnant as i have been having regular periods although they have been lighter in the last few months. I had a miscarriage in august although it was not complete and i didn't go back to the doctors. can you help?

The most probable cause of your distension of your abdomen can be intestinal obstruction, secondary to some pathology like Tuberculosis , Gastrointestinal cancer or chronic tubal pregnancy.
You have to undergo the following tests:
-Clinical examination by a Doctor, X-ray of the abdomen in standing position and ultrasonography and / or CT scan if needed.
Proper diagnosis will help to guide for a proper treatment
