What Causes Right Abdominal Pain After Childbirth?
HI I GAVE BIRTH TO MY 3RD CHILD 2 WEEKS AGO,AND IVE BEEN HAVING SEVERE PAIN IN MY RIGHT ABDOMINAL SIDE..IT IS VERY PAINFUL AT TIMES I CANT EVEN MOVE LET ALONE WALK BECAUSE THE PAIN IS SO SEVERE AND I NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS WITH ANY OF MY OTER CHILDREN..PLEASE HELP ME ,IM REALLY GETTING SCARED NOW.

Well come to HCM
If this is severe pain then chances of infection may be there and this need to be ruled out, for that first is clinical examination and second is blood work, meanwhile this can be treated on tentative basis with the following medicines
1) Tab Amoxicillin with clavulanic acid 625 mg twice in day
2) Tab Acetaminophen with Ibuprofen three times in day
