What Causes Repeated Bowel Movements With Stomach Pain In The Morning?

I wake up in the morning and have to use the bathroom. I then go to the bathroom several more times and have stomach pains. The pain goes away after a little bit but after I eat, my stomach rumbles and kind of hurts a little bit. I also feel tired.

This is intestine infection through some sort of bacteria or virus which may be ingested via contaminated food or liquids.

You need precise management with proper GI antibiotics, PPI, probiotics, and anti-spasmodic medicines with your doctor.
