Dear; I understand your concern and your frustruation after having a bladder repair. However, it happens and sometimes you need to get a second surgery in order to feel better. It is important that you have an urine sample for culture and sensitivity because sometimes we get antibiotic and the bacteria is resistant to it and that is why you don't get better.Another option is to have chronic preventive antibiotic treatment . If everything is negative but you still with symptoms, then cystoscopy is the next step for visualization of the area.
I hope that my advise has been helpful
