Hi, if i were your treating doctor, then i would suggest the following
1) The anti-fungal medication should be continued for nearly six months to get completely rid of this situation. dosing of medication should be discussed in detail with your physician.
2) Maintain adequate hygiene, anti-fungal soap can be used for bathing.
3) Undergarments should be thoroughly washed with antiseptic, i.e. small amount of dettol can be added to water while washing clothes
4) Using dusting powder to keep the infected regions, free from moisture will be of great help.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help
