Hi
Welcome to Health care magic

It seems from the history that you are having anaemia.
It can occur because of chronic or acute blood loss, decreased intake of iron containing foods....
Hemoglobin of 8 requires treatment by the use of iron containing tablets and syrups.
Non responding cases require treatment by blood transfusion.
Do consult your doctor for evaluation to find out t underlying cause and treatment accordingly.
