What Causes Redness On Foreskin And Aching Testicles?

I have a mild redness on my foreskin and aching testicles. Doctors have tested for STI's and have been told I'm all clear. I had unprotected sex with a female and oral sex with a male in August 2013. Both sympton have been present and constant since then. I'm worried I've caught something but its going undetected. What else could cause both symptoms? I'm extremely stressed out about it and walk away from the doctors feeling ignored and humilated becuase they can't see any redness on my foreskin. Other problems I currently have is a sore back and itchy feet. Just incase they are related.

Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Redness of foreskin indicates an inflammation either due to some infection (STD or non-STD) or due to some irritation to soaps or some external applications.
Yeast infection is a common one to produce such inflammation and we can confirm this with examination and simple investigations and treat with appropriate anti-fungal preparations.
Scrotal pain may be due to Epididymitis. The cause of this also may have to be investigated with blood and urine tests.
Sore back and Itchy feet seems not related to your sex relationship.
