What Causes Redness In Penis And Scrotum?
6 month old grandson has had a red penis almost at least two months and today has two red areas on his scrotum. NO penile discharge and pain when changing his diapers. No odors. His cheeks (face) stays red, but we have decided that is when he gets hot. No fever. We have been using diaper rash cream on the penis and diaper area as Dr. suggested.

Hi. It can be a possibility of a diaper rash. Is there perianal redness? Is the rash on the face acute or waxing and waning type.? Does the child have recurrent cough and cold?
