What Causes Redness In Eyes?

Hi. This morning I woke up with one side of one eye bloodshot. I have no pain, no itching, no discharge. The symptom is just the redness which subsides a great deal when I put eye drops (I'm using visine A). I do have allergies to pollen but I'm not sure what this is.

It appears to be con conjunctiva l hemorrhage. It is self limiting and does not requires any treatment. Since it is spontaneous its cause could be blood dis cariasis hypertension. It should be investigated and if found , should be treated.
