What Causes Redness And Watering In Eyes?
My eye has really been irritating me. It has turned red and is watering a lot. I thought there might have been something in it, but I cannot seem to find anything. There is no yellowish crust forming around the eye, so I don't think its pink eye, but I have no idea. Your thoughts?

Redness + watering suggest corneal involvement mostly... Viral keratitis... Need to start preservative free antibiotics & lubricating eye drops after getting done culture - sensitivity report...
It may be conjunctivitis : allergic / viral which needs to be differentiated clinically after examination...
