What Causes Red Spot In The Eye?

Hi. I have a red blood spot in my right eye (which just appeared this morning), and for a week until a couple of days ago I had the same in my left eye. I am also having dizzy spells - not just when I stand up, but sometimes when I'm just sat down. Also my left hand keeps getting tingly, a bit like pins and needles. Are these related, and should I be concerned? Thanks.

It appears the spot is in conjunctiva. Symptoms are neurogenic. Spot may be bleeding points. You have not given your age or history of other relevant disease. bleeding time and clotting time is to be tested. BP is to be measured. If chronic cough is there then it is to be treated. Constipation should be treated.
