What Causes Red Itchy Rashes Around Pubic Area And Lower Abdomen?

I have red, very sore & itchy rash in the pubic hair across my lower abdomin - it has numerous bumps - most red - some with white tops. Where my legs join my abdomin it is red & raw. Ive tried to figure if it food or detergent related ... Nothing helps.

Hi there, let me answer your question.

First of all do not panic.
As per your description, it looks like folliculitis and mixed with fungal infection.

I will suggest you to seek prescription support from your treating doctor for antibiotic like Azithromycin 500 mg once a day for 3 days and antifungal agents like Fluconazole 150 mg once a week for 2 weeks and ointment containing antibacterial and antifungal and mild steroid for local application.
Keep parts clean and dry.
Use of Lactic acid containing vaginal wash during bath time is advisable.
