Hello
It seems from the history that you are having weight loss and red blotch across the eyelids.
The weight loss is not related to red blotch lesion.
The red blotch lesion is probably because of allergy or inflammation of the eye lids in the form of blrpharitis. The treatment is by use of antibiotic eye ointment and lid scrubs.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for confirmation of diagnosis and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
