What Causes Recurring Vomiting And Diarrhea?

Hello, I have recurring bouts of vomiting brown bile in the mornings, every few weeks. Sometimes it is accompanied by diarrohea, with great urgency. I have had a colonoscopy which showed that I had mild diverticulitis, but no more. I have recently had an endoscopic ultrasound, which found a dilated bile duct but no blockages, so it was put down to a gallbladder removal ten years ago. I take Lanzasprazole 30mg twice a day. My GP has run out of ideas.
