What Causes Recurring Sharp Pain In Shoulder And Upper Chest?

62 year old female. Social smoker on occasion. Blood pressure 110/70. Mild twinges or squeezing near left shoulder and downward toward left breast. This has been happening sporadically for a few days. No shortness of breath. Taking low dose aspirin daily. Should I be concerned?

Hello,

I think you should check your heart rate because these symptoms may be related also to anxiety. Taking count that you are chronic smoker you may need to do a spyrometry to check also lungs function.
