What Causes Recurring Praeuricular Abscess?

im 35 years old with height 5'6 weigth 73 kgs.i have history of praeuricular abscess when i was young.my mother told me they did minor surgery for me that time.me i ask now because at present its happen again to me this case my dr.make drainage for twice but until now still have pas.i want to know now if can be make surgery for me under general anesthesia.
