What Causes Recurring Infection In Lungs In An Infant?

My baby son who is 1 next week has a reacurring infection in his right lung. He has been on loads of antibiotics which never helps. He constantly has a cough, is chesty and runny nose. He is been treated now with neblizer and ventolin inhaler which doesn t seem to clear his whizz either. Any ideas what might be causing this.

recurring infection should be treated with proper antibiotics .if not subsiding culture sensitivity should be done and appropriate antibiotics should be used.
