Hello!
Well, your headaches might not have ANYTHING to do with the given medical history of your post. You could have trauma to your sinus passages, and/or pressure in the eardrums (caused from allergies and sinus problems) which could be causing these headaches.

A small sinus problem, untreated, can lead to headaches, dizziness, "vertigo" and even feelings of "dread" (anxiety) etc. - Have you gone to a specialist, an Otolaryngologists (Ears Nose Throat)? - You could have drainage from sinuses, causing earwax buildup *CERUMEN IMPACTION* - which can put a lot of pressure on your eardrums and swell, putting tension on nerves in the neck, which can be a HUGE source of pain.

Without actually examining, I cannot give any thought of diagnosis, however, it does not sound like anything related to your surgery -

BUT can be VERY related to Goiter of course, as I am sure your doctor explained. - But with the combination of your condition and sinus problems, can be a double dose of a lot of pain.

- Lets imagine there is NO SINUS PROBLEMS -
With Goiter, and you taking your medicines, and still having headaches is normal. (But can be abnormal depending on the circumstances) - There can be growth and after surgery, it can be deformed, but you said your scans were all normal - so if it was normal, that means they should have tested for the following growth patterns (possible growth patterns)
Uninodular struma uninodosa - *INACTIVE NODULE OR TOXIC
Multinodular /struma nodosa *ALSO CAN BE INACTIVE OR TOXIC known as a toxic multinodular goitre
And finally,
Diffuse /struma diffuse - the whole thyroid can look enlarged

--- So if these were clear, I would reccomend you ask your personal doctor about your medications (you did not mention what you were on but I can assume various, but will not say as I do not know what the Phillipines might offer in trade of other treatments/medications)

You should really check your nasal passages, ears, and overall sinuses! For all you know, (especially with "EL NINO" being very rare this year, have a bad sinus infection which is just topping the cake with everything you've been through.

Feel free to ask me anything else - I would like more information to better help you!
