Hi,

As per your query you have symptoms of recurring ear infections which seems to be due to fungal infection, wax build up, fluid accumulation, Eustachian tube dysfunction and systemic disease infection.

I would suggest you do warm saline gargles, take steam twice a day and apply warm dry compresses to the external ear. You should consult ENT specialist once for proper diagnosis. The doctor may examine by otoscopic means to check the level of infection. The doctor may prescribe antibiotics amoxicillin at least for a week along with decongestants. Put Otogesic ear drops. You should go for audiometric testing as well to check the hearing level.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
