What Causes Recurring Cysts In Women Suffering With Endometriosis?
Hi -looking for someone very familiar with endometriosis and the cysts and tumours occurring with it - I m having reccurant mucosal cytadenoma hyperplasia - reccurant as well as cysts after 3 surgeries. I am looking to find how to get this sucker to shrink as I was in hospital last night and it s back and it s obviously growing. It s only been 4.5 months since my last surgery. YYYY@YYYY
As per my clinical experience, the recurrent cyst in the uterus with the history of endometriosis is in relation with hormone imbalance issue related changes in the uterine endometrium and myometrium. The ultimate answer to this one is uterine scrapping or D and C with biopsy for final tissue architecture evaluation and guidelines accordingly.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
