What Causes Pelvic Pain When Removing Tampon?

What causes pelvic pain when taking out a tampon. Pain is in the lower right around ovary area. It is in the same spot every month for a few months now. I have a history of endometriosis and thought it might be from lesions In the area I am having pain.

I've gone through your query. I can understand your anxiety.

Usually insertion of the tampon itself results in a tension cramping, grabbing feel of lower abdomen.
But you will totally fine once you use it repeatedly.

Even then if you experience pain, it might be due to the TSS ( toxic shock syndrome) - introducing bacteria inside the body through the tiny tear occurring during removal or because of dryness of genitals can be harmful.

I advice you to use any lubricant that would help is relieving dryness & easy applicaton of tampon.
