OB & GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

About your bump in between your boob's and this is recurrent, and came third time, as due to moisture pyogenic infection are very common so start proper cleaning and apply Nadoxin ointment locally and spray Betadine power locally, and tab Azithromycin for 5 days and tab Flexon for 7 days. Keep the area dry.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
