Hello,
I read your message and understood your medical issue.
Ovary cysts usually go away on their own and they cause light symptoms. In the case of your granddaughter, the situation is more complicated.
Symptoms become severe when complications of ovary cysts have happened. As the time has passed the small cyst may have grown too bigg and has caused the ovary to twist or move from its natural position. If left untreated it may lead to the loss of the ovary as the blood supply is cut down. This can be considered as an emergency and needs close attention.
Also, there is the possibility that all these symptoms are not caused by the cyst but by another health condition especially those related to gastrointestinal system. As the stool examinations showed nothing it is possible that some allergic reactions are the responsible causes. Intolerance of
gluten and lactose may irritate the gut mucosa.
Any type of intoxication like
iron poisoning or food poisoning may be the cause.
Your granddaughter needs a comprehensive medical assessment in order to determine the exact cause. All the body systems must be checked till the cause is found.
Hope this is helpful. Wish fast recovery.
