Hello
Welcome to health care magic.

If you are already diagnosed with migraine, you must be on any treatment related to it.You have not mention the medications.
Acute attack of migraine is treated by NSAIDs like ibuprofen twice a day for couple of days.
Besides resting in calm quiet and dark room will give relief.
Drugs like sumatriptan/rizatriptan are required as maientanence drugs to prevent future attacks of migraine for minimum 3 months.
Avoid stress, alcohol, caffeinated drinks, loud noise and bright lights.

Hope I answered your query.
