What Does A Lump Behind The Head On The Right Side Indicate?

Hi, I was wondering....I have been diagnosed with migraines months ago. But today I noticed a hard knot in the back of my head on the right side, same side my migraine be on. If I put pressure on it, it causes a migraine to come. What could that knot be?
