What Causes Recurrent Headaches And Photophobia?
Hello, my name is Teresa the mother of a 16 yr old active son. My son has been having a headache off and on or the last 3 months. Symptoms include throbbing at times , pain in entire head, at times sensitive to light. At times on a pain scale between 2-8. He is currently taking Topimate 25mg twice a day. He s pcp says its migrianes, no blood nor image testes have been done. He is under alot of stress he is in high school he plays football is in track and working and when not doing any of that he is in the weight room lifting. I dont known what is going on Please help.

What about an eye check up. it could be the first manifestation of an underlying refractive error ie spectacle number so if that's there we can prescribe him spectacles or contact lenses.
